When I was ready to replace the roof of my 30 squares home in the beginning of the year 2015, I started getting estimates from 6 roofing companies. The lowest was $11200 and the highest was $18600. After researching all the 6 roofing companies, I decided to go with Berry Roofing. Berry Roofing estimate was in between the low and high estimates I received. I have to be fair, Berry's Roofing included the attic insulation in their estimate which none of the roofing companies did not even mention about attic insulation. Right from the time I initiated the estimate process, Berry Roofing was only roofing company that was in constant touch with me via emails and phone calls. Now comes the installation and service process. Berry Roofing displayed thorough professionalism right from removing 3 layers of shingles, dumping the old roofing materials, preparing the deck for the city inspection, installing the new roof, attic insulation, cleaning up process, and providing the Premium Platinum Warranty on Ownes Corning shingles. The entire installation was completed in 3 days as promised by Berry Roofing. Ron Berry and his foreman were monitoring the installation process right from the beginning. The entire crew of Berry Roofing were professional, knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and service oriented. The new roof installation was completed on 02-06-2015. I would strongly recommend Berry Roofing for roof repairs and new roofing projects.
