They installed a 12 x 18 deck for me. They were always on time and very helpful. They worked around my schedule. I would recommend using Culp Family Construction. I liked them so much that I'm having them come back and paint the interior of my home.

A contract was signed and a 50% deposit was paid to the company. They provided multiple excuses and did not show up. Additionally, multiple calls have been left unanswered. They made no attempt to reschedule or refund the deposit that they received.

A 50% deposit was made and then they were no show and no call to reschedule 2x. Calls, texts and emails went unanswered. Finally I was able to get my CC bank to refund my money. Made a complaint to BBB as well, Case 42080601

I used this company Fox Renovations to install doors, new flooring in bathroom and bedroom of my rental. They also did some work on drywall and other items, but let me tell you, they were very unprofessional and used my kitchen table and chairs to cut on....
