Million Painting

This guy is very crafty. I hired him to paint a small two bedroom duplex and repair/patch all the walls. He called and asked me to come make payment. He was like my best friend and promised to come back and make repairs. I liked the guy so I paid him thinking he was trustworthy. He wouldn't come back. Excuse after excuse, wouldn't return calls. Finally when I asked to meet him at the property to go through things he became verbally abusive and threatened me with bodily harm. In the end I had to hire another contractor to redo and repair much of what he did. He didn't spackle holes properly, generally sloppy job, didn't prep or vacuum spraying paint over saw dust and cobwebs. Other trades saw him spackle with a 2/4 and it really showed. The odd thing is I paid him well and treated him kindly and have a bunch of other work - never hire him. In the end I feel totally ripped off.

Sam painted my house and did a good job. I referred him to several other people and he either started and didn't finish the job or failed to show up. I am very disappointed that I used my recommendation in good faith and then he failed to uphold his commitments. Don't use this guy. He has no integrity!

If I could give no stars I would. Sam is a crook! He started painting our home, and because we weren't going to be around when he was supposed to finish the job, we paid him the full amount. He never finished the job, claimed he had a death in the family, then had pneumonia, then stopped answering calls or emails, and never finished the job, or contacted us again. He ran with our money. We hired a lawyer, and still no response from him. DO NOT HIRE HIM! He's a crook, and we learned we aren't the only ones he's done this to. Including the excuses he told us. He had used the same ones with the others he stole from.

did not complete job- had some issues with the staining and was promised he would stand by his work. will not respond to emails and was paid in full which was a big mistake. would not recommend this company and will not use them again.
