Next Step Inspections

Next Step Inspections was developed to better serve people in the community that require the best professional service when a home inspection is needed. Next Step is owned by Phillip Brown who is licensed by the State of Florida (HI11645). Phillip Brown is a retired Air Force Veteran whose career and experience began as a technician specializing in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems as well as heating and refrigeration. During his time in active duty service, Phillip earned an Associate’s degree in aerospace systems, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s degree in Project Management. He has also completed green belt Six Sigma requirements. His knowledge, leadership and experience has contributed to a variety of assignments stateside and overseas. After retirement, Phillip teamed up as a contractor performing home inspections for FEMA in an effort to help communities recover from national disasters. Phillip is proud to serve his local community in the Tampa metropolitan area where he lives with his wife and children.
