A&N SWIFT MOVERS LLC

We hired A&N Swift Movers in September 2018 to move us locally. They came recommended and had good reviews from customers who had the owner, Nemer, as a member of their moving team. However, Nemer overbooked and sent us untrained and unprofessional movers who were careless in their work. Several pieces of furniture were damaged, and a mattress was carelessly dragged through the truck and torn. They acknowledged their carelessness and deducted money from our invoice. However, the owner refused to accept responsibility for severe damage to our refrigerator. We sent pictures per his request because he could not make the time to come see for himself. A business owner he receives a complaint should address it immediately, but Nemer never came to see the damage, then denied and refused to reimburse us for the damage. A&N Swift Movers has been reported to the Better Business Bureau as a result of the owner's failure to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, we will have to pursue the matter in small claims court to be reimbursed.
