I've reached out to the company several times and spoke with 3 different receptionist/secretaries. I contacted them based on the great reviews. I left separate messages with different people each time, the last person I spoke to (Sumara) was very friendly and helpful. She told me the message would be passed on to the project managers. Unfortunately, 3 messages late and still no call back. They probably are a good company but I'll never find out if they don't return calls, and customers shouldn't have to chase after you for business.

Basement remolding finished my 1000 square foot basement and did an excellent job! It looks so very nice. Basement remodeling is a well-oiled machine, never missing a beat. As anyone is aware, any large home project can be stressful; however, throughout the project, Eric (Project manager) minimized the stress. He was so very respectful, responsive, attentive, talented, dependable and trustworthy. All of these traits are very important. Also, I received a weekly updated timeline that was so very useful and accurate. The workers that he managed were capable, respectful, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. They are a company that stands by their work. At the end of the job, Eric reminded me about the warranty and told me to contact him if there is a need. I had a great experience using Basement Remodeling. I liked that they sent a schedule each week outlining what to expect. The project manager was easy to get in touch with if we ever had any concerns. The basement looks great and I'm excited to start spending time down there.
