Cleveland came out to assess the projects; told me to call him in a couple of days for estimates. When I called, he was busy; told me he would get back to me at lunchtime. That was 10 days ago. I called, emailed and texted, all to no avail.
We hired UpRaise Construction to do work at a rental property (ceiling & deck repair and outside painting). They have been professional and we are pleased with the work. Price are also reasonable.
This guy stoke 50,000 from us.... plans never produced, contract signed with a fake license and never started job, hardware never given to us.. he’s a crook who owes a lot of money to the IRS and run from him as far as you can!!
