United Nation Van Lines

United Nation Van Lines is one of the better moving companies that I have ever used. They take a lot of care in dealing with both the inanimate objects they carry and the people they deal with. My move from Augusta, GA to Akron, OH went off without a hitch due purely to the effort they put into get the job done right. I am sure that this is no accident but the result of good training provided to them by the management. Customer service here is excellent – I was always made to feel like I was respected and valued. 5 stars.

The entire United Nation Van Lines package is built around making their customers feel like they are getting the best service and giving them exactly that. You get the best customer service from both the movers as well as admin support people. My conversations with everyone from the company was always pleasant and fruitful. Their vehicles are clean and well maintained so your boxes and furniture will survive the trip in good condition. They also put a lot of emphasis on punctuality, making sure they pick up and deliver on time. If I could make one criticism or suggestion, I would say they could reduce their prices. However, I would still pay these rates because I love the end result. 5 stars.

This is the worst possible moving company and I don't believe the good reviews. For starters, they had me sign one contract, then coerced my assistant to sign an amended contract that was 48% higher without notifying me of the change. They damaged the majority of my furniture and we're still assessing damages. I wouldn't go near this mover.

After a long search that has taken many years, I think I have found the best professional moving company in the whole United States – United Nation Van Lines. That is not a joke – I have actually lived at least briefly in over 30 states and have helped others move to the rest of them. United Nation Van Lines has become the first moving company that satisfies all the criteria to be considered the top of the charts. Even being so good, they are humble enough to keep their prices affordable so ordinary Joes like me can afford them. I often change moving companies but I think I will stick with United Nation Van Lines from now. They very easily earned 5 stars from me.
