Scott is a Certified Master Inspector (#HI5905) who lives right here in Central Florida and has attended our local Public Schools, growing up in the Conway area. In essence, he is very familiar with the Florida Climate/Weather conditions, Types and Styles of Florida Built Properties and all Aspects that could affect the Physical Conditions of the Property you are looking to inspect.
