They don't know how to repair a unit, all they know is to change parts and make money. When a so called tech changes the fan outside saying that's the problem and then finds out it wasn't the problem while telling me it was the fan inside when it wasn't should prove he doesn't know Schitt from Shinola!

The most dishonest inept ac company. Came out to replace a thermostat and he automatically without looking said that it was the outside unit. The unit was working outside never had any issues with it. He took it apart and kept yanking and hitting the fan. He claimed to fix it and not 20 minutes after he left it stop working all together. I called my home warranty complained and scheduled another company to come out. He called me a day later said it needed to be replaced and he had a used unit he could give me for $750 that would last a year. He went on and on about how he was so honest etc. He purposely broke my ac unit to try and sell me a unit. Trying to make a quick buck he will lose his contract with the home warranty company. Absolutely dishonest. I also caught him lurking outside my home.

Coil box was freezing up and the service person Juan came out and said it needed replacing due to it leaking. He replaced the box and as soon as he left it was leaking . He came back to fix it and two weeks later the box he built over the air coil collapsed. I had another company come out to repair that. The unit continued to leak and finally we found a good company and guess what when the air coil was installed the water pan was cracked. Now the entire coil box will have to be replaced.
