We created a conditioned attic space in Port Washington, NY. We installed SilverGlo foam board insulation across the roof rafters. Then added cellulose behind the foam board to make sure its well insulated. Now the attic is part of the conditioned space in the home. The attic is now clean and suitable for storage.

These ducts were insulated with 1" of closed cell spray foam. Air cannot leak through. Now, when your furnace or air conditioner heats or cools the air, that heating/cooling is delivered to your rooms without loss along the way!

A resident of Kings Park requested a free in home evaluation. This customers primary concern was that the home was cold. As the evaluation was taking place it was clear that the attic was not properly insulated. It had multiple different types of insulation that were all in poor condition. The best solution for this homeowner was to have the attic properly insulated. Triple H Contracting air sealed the attic floor then created a mechanical catwalk providing easy access to the HVAC system. Finally, Cellulose insulation was blown in. We also installed an attic tent to continue to ensure the attic is air sealed tight. This home will now feel more comfortable as well as being more efficient.

Upon the request of this customer in Dix Hills, we performed an in home evaluation. This customer felt that his rooms were cold in the winter. Triple H Contracting air sealed all penetrations of the attic floor as well as insulated the attic with Borate Cellulose insulation. By insulating and air sealing the attic properly the customer will be warmer in winter and cooler in the summer.

This homeowner in Shirley requested a free in home evaluation. He had just purchased the home and knew the attic needed to be re insulated. Triple H performed the evaluation and suggested that the attic be air sealed and insulated with Borate Cellulose. We also installed a Mechanical Catwalk to ensure easy access to the HVAC unit. This customer will now be much more comfortable and should see savings in his utility bills.

This customer from Bellport had a free home energy assessment. Her main concern was the house was very cold. After completing the assessment Triple H recommended having the insulation in the attic improved. The insulation in this attic was the original insulation from 1960. Old insulation looses its R-value over time and can cause the house to be too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. Before installing new cellulose insulation, we air sealed all penetrations on the attic flat with spray foam. We also used a radiant barrier on the knee wall. Now that the attic is properly insulated the home will be much warmer in the winter. The homeowner will be more comfortable and will see an improvement in their utility bill.

This customer from New Suffolk requested we visit her home. Her main concern at this time was that her pipes may freeze due to the cold weather we have been experiencing. In order to help prevent the pipes from freezing Triple H installed Foamax. Foamax is a highly effective insulation panel. Foamex is a great option of insulation to improve both comfort and efficiency. In this case by using Foamax to insulate this customer's crawl space she should be warmer and not have an issue with her pipes. The home will also become more efficient.
