First or Last Flooring

We hired Thomas and his crew to help drag our home out of the 80's. It was definitely too large of a job for us to conquer alone. Thomas came in with what we believed was a reasonable quote and immediately got to work. They ripped up old carpet & padding, laid new hard wood throughout our main level, installed new carpeting on the second floor, removed out dated tile and replaced it with something more fitting our taste. He even went out of his way by meeting us at the store so we could pick it exactly what we wanted. He and his crew went above and beyond to work within our schedules and was extremely respectful and accommodating. We will definitely call upon Thomas and his crew for our next home remodeling adventure.

They did a nice job of installing tile in my bathrooms. However, one of the toilets was not installed correctly and leaked causing $900 of damage. After multiple attempts of contacting Thomas Wheeler via text, phone and email. He has not responded and cover the costs of the damage/repair. This company was on Thumbtack.com and since I filed my complaint with them, they have deleted his account. There is a collection agency trying to recoup my costs. This guy is obviously not bonded or insured. Buyer BEWARE. I'm rating him poor for not owing up to his mistake and accountability.
