My main goal when designing spaces is creating livable beauty. I strive to make a personalized, stylish environment that makes you (and others) feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. By taking your needs, living situation, budget, and design goals into consideration, I will create a one-of-a-kind, individualized space that reflects your personality and your lifestyle. All projects start with an in-home consultation, which lasts up to two hours and is a flat fee of $225, paid up front. Sima Spaces offers two types of design services: 1) Full service design: Whether your space needs a full gut and remodel or just brand new furnishings and decor, full-service design and decorating is a turn-key option to having the space of your dreams. Full service design is priced at $100 per hour, with a proposal of estimated design fees to be provided after the consultation. Full service design encompasses all aspects of a design project, including design planning, product sourcing, purchasing and order management, project management, and installation/styling. A variety of trade discounts may apply to the items specified, which will be discussed further during the consultation. 2) A La Carte service: This is a truly flexible, unique, and affordable approach to working with an interior designer. The level of service is entirely dependent on your needs as a client. It may include design consultation only, which may take place over any number of meetings, or retail product sourcing, design planning (including a design board specific to each room), or styling and accessorizing.
