TOTAL SCAM! On January 12 I answered my door (which I usually don’t) to a solicitor that was offering tree trimming services. I knew I was in need of this service so I agreed to it. They took my credit card and wrote me a receipt for “whole yard tree trimming”. It was more like a 25% tree trim job. They left a lot of debris in my yard and my neighbor’s yard. I called and they said they will be back. I called again a week later because I knew snow was coming and I wanted the yard cleaned up before the snow. A few days later I saw them in the neighborhood trying to secure more business even though they hadn’t finished my yard. They were also supposed to treat an oak tree for oak wilt and wrap the trunk. This can only be done at certain times of the year. As of today (March 6, 2018) they have not touched that tree. I have made a number of calls with no answer. The company is Professional Tree Crafters. The owner is Justin Williams, 952-737-7346. Poor job! Definitely not worth what I paid and did not finish the job!
