Rowan Heating and Chimney

Absolutely awful. The guy spent 10 minutes in my gas fireplace and said it was fixed. Didn't work 2 days later. Same issue. He never returned my phone calls saying he didn't complete the repair. He sure was happy to take my $250 for nothing. This guy is a fraud. DO NOT USE!!!!!

Joe was contracted to repair Chimney Crown Coating at my residence. Initially Joe arrived and did not have the tools on hand to complete the work, had to wait another week for him to return and make the repair. Charged me $325 to apply two coats. Joe assured me via Text Message that the problem was cured. Guess what, the chimney is still leaking? Joe has been a no show and has not returned my text messages or calls. I can only assume, he is avoiding contacting me to rectify the leaking chimney at this point. Based on Joe's lack of response, I can only assume, he does not intend on correcting the issue at this point. I would not recommend Joe for any chimney related repairs.

Joe Beeker, at Rowan Heating seems to be a good person, but I had a chimney that leaked. He replaced two chimney caps , but the one that was leaking was still leaking. I called and he said he was busy but would be back when his brother-in-law schedule would fit in. I have left text and no reply, it’s been six months , so I’m assuming he’s not coming back. I’m very disappointed.
