Hello, my name is Eric Hammond and I am a 3rd generation small business owner. Working along side my father and grand-father instilled high ethical standards and customer focus. Along with ten years experience, I am working to complete an Associates Degree in Turf Management from Central Piedmont Community College. I hold a "Turf and Ornamental" pesticide license with the state, which allows me to control weeds, and apply fertilizer to your lawn and flower beds, sow grass seed, etc. Along with formal study, there are required seminars by the state to remain current on how to safely handle the chemicals I bring to your property, as well as the latest technology/products to keep your landscape looking its best. My crew and I provide manicured lawn maintenance and care, fire ant control, landscape renovation including mulch, shrub maintenance, concrete paver walkways and patios, outdoor lighting that can be customized for entertaining as well as security, and the list goes on. PRICING. Mowing services cost $40-$50 per visit depending on the size of the yard up to one acre. Less expensive annual plans are offered. Fertilizer/aeration & over-seeding programs are available as a monthly installment, or as provided. Yards up to 8,000 square feet cost $50/monthIf (installment), $60 per fertilizer application, and Fall Aeration/over-seeding with seed, fertilizer, lime, labor $350.
