Singleton Renovations

Scam artist! Ran off with money, was recommended by my real estate agent in 2017 when we bought out home, successfully sued and still waiting on my money back!

Ryan collected 3000 dollars to do home repairs and painting. He did 10 percent of the work and never showed up again. I filed a civil suit. But he told the courts he would come get the paperwork. He never showed.

Ryan took on the job of repairing some bad spots on my roof, replacing fascia and replacing sheet rock in my garage. None of that has been done. He was also supposed to scrape popcorn from my ceilings and repaint, sand and finish ceilings. He has completed about 40 percent. I have paid him $2,750.00 and now he will not return calls, text or emails. Please do not make the same mistake I did. He came highly recommended and has been a complete disappointment. I am struggling to get the work done or my money back. I am receiving no cooperation from Ryan.

I have had the pleasure of working with Singleton renovations on various jobs on my home and have always been 100% delighted with the completed work. Ryan is conscientious, detail oriented, dependable and owns the job once given a task to complete. The prices are definitely fair and his ability to multi-task and think out of the box at times have been a pleasant surprise for my wife and myself as he has given his some great ideas which we would have never would come up with on our own. In most case, these ideas were also cost savings for our family. His ability and can do attitude to complete any renovation we have requested is encouraging in this age of poor customer service. He possesses great communication skills and has always been upfront and honest if he can do the job properly. I would highly recommend Singleton renovations for any job you may be interested in doing. We are customers for life!
