Hired Mike after he lowered his bid to get the job, sloppy work ethic from day one, only worked a few hours a week, took shortcuts, interior screws used outside, no structural bolts, had to hire another crew just to correct his work. When I mentioned having his work inspected, he quickly disappeared. Before hiring this guy, check his online reviews, most are from family and friends. Yes a change was made before any post were set, and you were paid in full for the change, even after saying no charges for change at all. I will keep reviewing your business somewhere daily, to help prevent you from ripping others off. Video is available of you using the wrong screws, also audio of your comments. So many lies. After interviewing several deck companies, we decided to go with Creative Backyard Concepts. They came up with several designs and came out 3 times without charging us for the consultation. ( other companies didn't offer free estimates or designs) Not only did I get a great deck and patio cover, the installation and customer service was out of this world. Thanks Michael!

I have had the pleasure of employing this company several times and cant not say enough good things, Michael DuBose the Owner came out and honestly listened and didn't have the money signs in his eyes instead he had visions of our backyard going on paper to help us visualize the way things could look here and there, the finish was absolutely stunning, as he said hes not a great drawer but if we wanted a drawing that looked nice we could have hired a salesman

They took my design and made it 100% more functional to my families needs. I will be contacting them for future work. Attention to detail was outstanding, much more than I expected.
