Laurence was amazing, our washer/dryer delivery showed up at 6:00 am, an hour early but Laurence was already ready to go, well ahead of when we asked him to be there and managed to install the correct 240V socket right in time to hook our appliance up. One anecdote among several good experiences. Highly recommend

Excellent service! Laurence came down on very short notice to give me a quote on how much it would cost to resolve a half power problem in my apartment building. He told me that it was likely an open neutral and quoted me a very fair price. He had a soccer game to run to that day (his so plays for the youth team of a professional soccer team, so I don't blame him). I decided to change out all of the sockets on the non-working sockets to see if there was a quick/cheap fix and sure enough there was a burnt out neutral on the socket closet to the breaker. Thanks again for leading me on the right track!
