I has a main window in my flat that had never leaked. Because of the horrendous rain we had in the earlier part of this year, it started to leak. Badly. I called Patrick; texted him some photos. He responded promptly and said he could help. As soon as the rain had finally taken a break, Patrick was able to come and make an assessment. We set up an appointment; he arrived promptly. Caulked and sealed the window and its been good every since. Very friendly and his price was reasonable considering the window was a bit difficult to caulk and seal on the outside. Thank you Patrick. I will call Patrick again!
