EOL Builders is a San Jose and Los Angeles based construction company. In our services we provide a variety of building, construction, and remodeling services that fit any style, wants, needs, and budgets. With over 100 projects under our belts we are confident when we say that our clients are our number one priority. We have a few principles we stand by when it comes to our projects. Those are honesty with our clients, exceptional service delivery, reasonable prices, and delivery of up-to-code and safe homes. We are a fully licensed, insured, and bonded company, with several years of experience in the industry. Providing each of our clients with high quality on the right budget. A free cost estimate is provided to all new clients and to existing clients looking for new projects. All projects include the necessary permits and inspections required by the State of California and the City of Los Angeles. Knew I made the right choice hiring Eli and Oran, the finest of all EOL builders and compared to other companies, and they are by far the best package one could invest in; pure talent, affordable, friendly, dedicated, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done efficiently. I don’t know how I came across such luck, but I did, and it was the jackpot. Thank you

My parents bought a 1930 house, well aware that the house need some work, kitchen was outdated, 2 old bathrooms, they also had to to tear down 2 walls and replace a 30 years old AC and heating system. I was referred to EOL Construction by a neighbor. Eli was an excellent fit for us, he listened to us and was very responsive for questions that we had, he explained us what is going to happen in the house in the next 3 months. He provided us with a beautiful 3D design that emphasis how our house is going to look like, and together we chose cabinets, countertops fixtures and appliances. After 2 weeks work began, Eli kept us posted every day about the work progress, either with text or a phone call. Work completed before deadline. Out house looks beautiful and we are happy that we found honest and reliable contractor. We had no budget surprises and all went according to the contract. I highly recommend.
