First their measurements are completely off, after waiting weeks for delivery the cabinets do not fit. The installer says that he will find a solution with top cabinets and picks up some small pieces of wood fillers to make it work. But we also need to redo the floor to make the cabinets fit. We spent a day redoing the floor under the cabinets so that they can solve the rest with fillers. Top Shelf Cabinets then charges us $550 for those small pieces of wood, completely without authorization or communication and after they messed up their measurement. The job is still not complete, after we had to redo the floor underneath the cabinets, delay the installation, and have unused space in our little kitchen due to the fillers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them if you wish to work with a competent honest company. After further discussion with the sales rep he said he would refund the amount. They never did and are not answering calls or messages.

This company gets a 2-star rating from me due to very poor customer service. The theme of my experiecne with them is over promise and under deliver. It all starts with the 'High quailty wood' the cabinets are made of. The cabinets are, but the cabinet door is a much lower quaility faux wood, Ask them about it! Initally I was excited about using TSC, our inital deliery came 1 month from ordering them in Dec 2021, except for 2 pieces, but that was ok because I was doing the installation myself and could work around that. A little into the installation I found that a couple of cabinets were misordered, TSC said they would reorder and make things right. Long story short Week after week I was told my cabinets were in the next truck load coming up from AZ, each week I was disappointed and was stuck with an unfinished kitchen (not a fun expereince with 2 young kids and a pregnant wife). It was very difficult to get TSC to give me a call and for updates, I had to call and did so on a daily basis for about 4-5 months. It took me 7 month from that time to finally get all of my pieces. It took 10 months total, I mentioned earlier that my wife was pregnant... we grew an embryo to a new born quicker than TSC was able to get a fairly small uncomplicated kitchen delivered to us. They didn't even need to do the installation, just get us the cabinets that we paid for in full back in 2021 I asked the GM we are working with at time of the last cabinet delivery to talk to the owner about our situation, he said he would. It's been 5 months since he committed to do that, he says he hasn't been able to talk to the owner in 3 months (I don't believe that). He gave that info to me 2 weeks ago, he has not responded to my last 2 text to him (not a new behavior) I hope to express my feelings and experience to the owner at some point, but at this point all I can say is that TSC has been consistent at one thing, over promise and under deliver.
