Dishonest. I'm a general contractor. The owner Jeremy and I communicated for over a month about several jobs to use him as a subcontractor. He kept saying, "it'll be one more day late" for several days and ultimately just got unresponsive. He said it was due to one complex job and ultimately I said I'd send him a second job, he did the same thing again. Very unreliable and dishonest.
