This was a job we partnered with our friends at Sunlight Solar Systems. We installed the roofing, GAF Timberline ( color- Hickory), at the same time the rack mounts were installed for the solar panels. IN the image, you can see the mounts sticking up through the shingles, each one sealed properly to prevent any leaks, after the solar panels were installed. There were over 60 mounts protruding. This is why we work so closely with Sunlight Solar, as they understand the importance of properly installed mounts through the roofing materials. This was a steep one layer tear-off.

The homeowners purchased this home and completely gutted the interior, as well a s changed the whole exterior look. They wanted the look of a cedar roof, but not the maintenance, so they chose GAF Grand Canyon shingles in the Mission Brown color. This was a one - layer tear-off, with extensive ventilation added.

This homeowner purchased this property to do an extensive renovation overhaul. THe roofing was a portion of this renovation. They type of shingle used was a GAF Monaco, which is an asphalt shingle, designed and manufactured to look like Spanish tile. This was also a two layer tear-off, with almost 100% OSB ( wood damage underlayer) replacement. We also added venting, soffit, facia and gutters to compliment the style of the home.

This beautiful red metal roof was installed in the fall of 2010. As one of our crown projects, our crew enjoyed the craftsmanship that was needed to create this beauty. The color the homeowner chose is Rustic Red. We also had to create extensive venting to allow the roof to perform its maximum potential for the home.

This project is one of the steep projects we have worked on. It was a challenge, as not only were there many surfaces and dormers, but it was on a hillside, so ladders and loading were a challenge. This homeowner chose our company, because we do specialize in particularly steep and awkward locations. This is a GAF High Definition shingle.

This adorable Sugarhouse bungalow was a huge retro-fit project for the homeowner. We not only tore off two layers of roofing, but replaced all of the OSB wood decking. We also performed an extensive intake retro-fit to accommodate the GAF Energy Star Rated shingles that were installed.
