Tony and his crew have re-roofed two of my homes and I was extremely satisfied both times. Tony is very knowledgeable and helped me choose a lifetime roof that was also energy star rated and had a great rebate offered by Utah state. He brought a lot of GAF shingle examples and gutter colors from which to choose. He also showed me all of his certificates to show he was licensed, bonded and insured. He and his staff were always friendly and we could talk to them easily. Their work is top-notch and was done right the first time. They cleaned up each day and made sure their were no errant nails floating around that could be stepped upon. I will be putting in a vent hood soon and will definitely call him for that job too!

Peak performance roofing re-roofed our home and we liked the job so much we had them come back and replace our fascia and rain gutters! They were professional, prompt, no hidden costs, and did a remarkable job cleaning up after themselves. Tony, the owner, came by everyday to inspect the work and was up on the roof insuring that things were done to his expectation. When all the work was complete they went around my property with a magnet on a stick to pick up any nails or other sharp metal that had fallen. I appreciated this even more after driving through my neighborhood and got 3 nails in my tires from a different roofing company working on a home 3 streets over. If only ALL companies took such pride in their work! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Tony and Peak Performance for your roofing needs. After numerous bids we went with Peak Performance because of Tony’s attention to detail on important aspects of re-roofing, specifically ventilation and flashing. All commitments were met in a timely manner. While their pricing isn’t the lowest nor highest, it is indicative of the quality of work and products used. We are very satisfied with our decision to go with Peak Performance.

After receiving many bids, I decided to go with Peak Performance Roofing due to their fair price and high quality commitments. The owner and his employees were courteous and answered all the questions I had along the way. Their workmanship was exceptional and when the roof was completed, there were no additional charges. I would highly recommend Peak Performance Roofing to all friends and family. Sincerely, Tony G.

Pinebrook Solar-Prep & Roofing Project | Oct 2011 | This was a job we partnered with our friends at Sunlight Solar Systems. We installed the roofing, GAF Timberline ( color- Hickory), at the same time the rack mounts were installed for the solar panels. IN the image, you can see the mounts sticking up through the shingles, each one sealed properly to prevent any leaks, after the solar panels were installed. There were over 60 mounts protruding. This is why we work so closely with Sunlight Solar, as they understand the importance of properly installed mounts through the roofing materials. This was a steep one layer tear-off. | $17k | Park City, UT
Pinebrook Renovation | Aug 2011 | The homeowners purchased this home and completely gutted the interior, as well a s changed the whole exterior look. They wanted the look of a cedar roof, but not the maintenance, so they chose GAF Grand Canyon shingles in the Mission Brown color. This was a one - layer tear-off, with extensive ventilation added. | $23k | Park City, UT
Monaco Project | May 2011 | This homeowner purchased this property to do an extensive renovation overhaul. THe roofing was a portion of this renovation. They type of shingle used was a GAF Monaco, which is an asphalt shingle, designed and manufactured to look like Spanish tile. This was also a two layer tear-off, with almost 100% OSB ( wood damage underlayer) replacement. We also added venting, soffit, facia and gutters to compliment the style of the home. | $28k | Salt Lake City, UT
Red Metal Project | Sep 2010 | This beautiful red metal roof was installed in the fall of 2010. As one of our crown projects, our crew enjoyed the craftsmanship that was needed to create this beauty. The color the homeowner chose is Rustic Red. We also had to create extensive venting to allow the roof to perform its maximum potential for the home. | $10k | Sandy, UT
Castle House Project | Apr 2010 | This project is one of the steep projects we have worked on. It was a challenge, as not only were there many surfaces and dormers, but it was on a hillside, so ladders and loading were a challenge. This homeowner chose our company, because we do specialize in particularly steep and awkward locations. This is a GAF High Definition shingle. | $11k | Sandy, UT
Sugarhouse Retro-fit | Jul 2010 | This adorable Sugarhouse bungalow was a huge retro-fit project for the homeowner. We not only tore off two layers of roofing, but replaced all of the OSB wood decking. We also performed an extensive intake retro-fit to accommodate the GAF Energy Star Rated shingles that were installed. | Salt Lake City, UT
