Jon came to set up our Nest. He was quick, efficient, affordable and friendly. I will call Jon every time I need any heating and a/c issues.

Jon from AMS is the absolute best! My mom's furnace wouldn't turn on so she had some so-called professionals come over who all said she needed to replace it. Home depot gave her an estimate of $7500, while another said she needed to replace the ducts in addition to the heater unit. I found Jon and before he even went over, warned me that most hvac techs are not a little(a lot in my opinion) shifty and especially when it comes to single women. He said in most cases he can diagnose the issue by the maker and model number as they have recurring issues. Long story short, he came over, diagnosed and fixed it within 10 minutes!! It was a simple switch that was turned off as a result of the recent storm and high wind. All the other heating pros just lied and said it needed replacement. Jon is honest and has lots of experience. He saved my mom over $7000! I will not hesitate to call on him in the future and recommend him to anyone in Santa Maria.

The service was outstanding! They showed up right on the estimated timeframe and found the problem very quickly. My heater is working great. He was very courteous and very reasonable in price. I hope you consider Applied Mechanical Services when needing maintenance or repairs.
