We have a fairly large home and progressive has done several jobs for us through the years. They recently completed cleaning, sealing, and painting the exterior. Great job as usual. Would recommend them to anyone.

Workers are extremely well trained! They offer a variety of services. Before I was able to perhaps find lower rates then discovered it wasn't worth the savings. If you are wanting a job that is well done, turn to Progressive Paint! BTW, not all paints are of the same quality and they use the best, I could sure see the difference! PPI IS THE BEST!

I am a Facilities Manager. My commercial real estate portfolio consists of 40 retail and office sites across Florida. One of my buildings in Bradenton was undergoing a complete renovation 5 years ago. I was on site on Friday evening when the job was starting and about 50 workers were being mobilized. At some point, some casual conversation took place and I was venting about a particular challenge I was having with one of my buildings. It was a water intrusion issue wherein after three Window Specialists, two Water Intrusion Specialists, and two Industrial Hygienists had tried to resolve this, and thousands of dollars, I still had no answers – only mold growth. One of those listening to my rant was the painting subcontractor, Dale Norwine of Progressive Paint. Dale suggested that he could figure it out and wanted to look at it. My immediate thought was to offer a polite “no thanks” seeing that the experts had already tried – what could a “painter” possibly do? Dale was persistent and offered to go there, and if he could not resolve the issue, he would not charge me. I reluctantly agreed, not because of the monetary offer, but because being caught off guard, I did not have way to blow this guy off without sounding like a jerk. A few days later, Dale called me and proclaimed that he had found the problem source and corrected it. Positive news, yet I was skeptical. Subsequent time and weather proved Mr. Norwine correct and I began using Progressive Paint for several water related projects. All of these went well and in the process, I began observing that their quality level was quite good for painting and wallpaper. Gradually, Progressive Paint has become my sole vendor for the entire state and I am willing to pay the travel premium to have their workmanship applied to my buildings. I am happy to offer my highest recommendation for Progressive Paint.
