I did not personally hire this company personally, however I just purchased a home that they installed a roof on (less than a year ago). Some how in their negligence, they removed the dryer vent on the roof and then shingled over the vent opening. I’m not sure how this could have been overlooked by the roofers, general contractor or the inspector but it is a horrible oversight. If I had not had my dryer vent professionally cleaned, I would not have learned of this issue and could have potentially started a house fire due to the closed vent.
