COR36 contracting LLC

I used Cor36 to do some work on our house which involved replacing siding with hardy plank, framing out 2 windows, painting facia and trim etc. I was told by the owner ****** ****** they stand by their work and they have a 2 year warranty. Thursday October 10th I texted ****** that his worker damaged our window screen and if he will be doing a walk through. ****** texted me that I was on the schedule for Friday 10/11, he no showed. I texted again on Monday, 10/14 he did not respond. Again I texted him on Saturday 10/19 "Will you please com by and so a walk through as you said. I paid you the 2nd half in good faith. My husband did a thorough walk through and is not happy more pics to come" Finally ****** came by Monday, Oct. 20th walked through took pictures and said he will send someone out to repair all the damage, replace items that were damage from the worker and remove the overspray from the windows and remove and repair the top row of brick that his workers broke. Several pieces of siding show large gaps and openings. |All the windows and siding should have been caulked and were not. |We paid him to power wash the siding and trim which they also failed to do. |The new metal on the roof was also destroyed and some was removed and never replaced. |Lots of paint overspray and shingle damage is on the new roof. He again said he stands by his work, we have a two year warranty. October 31 texted him again no response. I texted him on Nov. 5th "when are you sending someone to finish up|" **** responded Nov 6th his worker was fired and he will send another employee. I texted him again Nov. 13 " No one showed up or called and it would be nice to get a date" ****** did not respond. I texted again on Nov. 19th "Are you planning on having someone come out or not? No response is very frustrating. Of course no response. Dec. 3rd My husband got involved tried to leave him a message but his mail box was full so he sent him a text still no response. Horrible work ethics

He came to our home, gave us a great bid, we accepted, asked for 50% upfront, cut him the check, and then he never showed up or contacted us. In the process of taking this company to small claims court to get our money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

They did a horrible job on our tile. They overbid the contract by grossly overestimating the square footage. We ended up returning close to $1000 in tile to Home Depot. They attempted to repair tiles after the initial installation but then we kept finding more that had not set properly. The owner, Josh guaranteed the work for a year. It took several emails, texts, and calls to get him to come back and see all the errors for himself. He said he would schedule us to repair all the tiles that were coming up. Once again, we cannot get ahold of him and he does not answer emails or texts. We now have to hire another contractor to fix his crappy work. Unprofessional and unreliable. Please do NOT use this company. The owner has bad reviews and complaints with the BBB under a previous business name.
