This project was to build a large patio extension to the existing patio in backyard of this Cave Creek house.The patio is 25' long, and has a 50/50 exposed lattice design. This allowed us to keep the ceiling height of existing patio and allow a lot of natural light and air flow. The project also included a custom stain and installing all new paver flooring.

This is a renovation we did for an investor to flip this house in the Phoenix area. This house was in the 150-200k price range which we do a large volume of work. Work on this project included large amounts of drywall repair including floating drywall on two bathrooms and kitchen, demolishing and re framing kitchen/living room walls to open up room, installing new cabinets, vanities, and counter tops, installing new doors and frames, toilets, shower walls, and an interior/exterior paint job.

This is a project we worked with an investor on who is flipping the property. We were contracted to start working on this house when it was completely gutted except for framing, which we had to repair. We repaired framing and re-framed to open up floorpan and accommodate new bathrooms, installed insulation and drywall on walls and ceiling, installed double french doors, installed all electricity including re-wiring property and installing nearly 60 can lights, and a complete high end flat paint with smooth new york style drywall.
