Terrible expectation setting around the work, around the products they were installing, and around the appointment setting. Barely attempted to clean up after the work. A terrible experience from beginning to end.

Not responsive in communication.

Mr Electric was great about a quick initial contact. However, I never heard from Mr Electric again after that for 5 days. I even sent a second message after 2 days and still did not receive a response.

very polite and professional however extremely expensive. I was in a jam and needed heat didn't have time to get other bids...since I've gotten 3 bids, all about half of what they charged me. lesson learned...take the time to shop around
