He's very professional, helpful and reasonable I wouldn't deal with anybody but him.

Horrible company! Hot water heater went out on a Friday. I submitted a claim with my home warranty ppl they assigned Keepe. They was scheduled to come out on Monday morning. They canceled that appt on Sunday night. I rescheduled for Tuesday from 8 to 11. They did not show up until after 4 my appointment. The tech was at the house for 5 minutes and said it needed to be replaced. The same tech never reported back to the company even after over a dozen texts and calls. I had to start all over again with a different company after 10 days because the would not respond back

Took my money and never showed up for service repair. This company is absolutely unreachable and has NO customer service for a refund! STAY AWAY unless you like giving up money for NOTHING.
