While we originally specialized in custom woodworking projects, including cabinets, trim and furniture, we now provide customers with a full suite of construction services.   | Wallingford Master Suite Remodel | May 2015 | The homeowners wanted to enlarge and completely refinish the bathroom in the attic master suite, as well as build out new closets & shelving, update the lighting, improve the energy efficiency and finish everything with a new paint scheme. The bathroom plumbing was redone to accommodate a large tiled shower enclosure, re-position the toilet, and install a new double-vanity. We installed brand new custom cabinetry, millwork and wainscoting as well as a heated floor mat under the new tile floor. The lighting was all updated from surface-mounted fluorescent fixtures to energy-efficient LED recessed lighting. The new closet doors, trim and millwork were all fabricated to match the style of the existing features of the home. We designed and installed custom built-in shelving and cabinetry to complement existing original work. Imperfections in the original trim, plaster walls and ceiling were patched and prepared with an eye for detail before applying the new paint and finishes. | Seattle, WA | |

  | Independent Living Community Renovation | Nov 2014 | An upscale, independent-living retirement community asked us to update the look of their common spaces. We designed and built a new reception station, as well as a large custom library. New light fixtures and LED lighting replaced the outdated fixtures.
