Derek is an outstanding professional! The first time I called, the call went to voicemail, but Derek was quick to follow up with a text message saying he was with a client and that we would call back in a few minutes, which he did. I explained the situation and he was very knowledgable and willing to provide help. When scheduling the appointment, I did not have enough information for Derek, so he was kind enough to follow up with me first thing next week. I will absolutely save Parker Services' phone number for the future.

Derek from Parker Services called within ten minutes of putting the listing on Porch. He was knowledgeable about hose spigots and gave me the confidence to turn my water back on. Turns out I just needed to jostle a washer loose in the spigot and water wasn't going everywhere. Parker Services will be the first people I call for my next plumbing issue.

I would recommend Parker Services to anyone in need of plumbing work! I emailed on the evening of 1/1, not expecting to hear back until the following Monday. Greg emailed me the next afternoon and got us scheduled right away. When something came up, they gave us no trouble rescheduling. I was home recovering from shoulder surgery when Steven came to install our garbage disposal. His humor and fun personality were a great break from the quiet of the house. He gave me pricing up front to make sure I was comfortable with what they were installing. He was quick and efficient and made sure to not track any mud in the house. Steven cleaned up everything when he was done. I will definitely be calling Parker the next time we have a plumbing issue!

We looked for a professional to replace our gas water heater, which started leaking. We had to turn it off and were without hot water in the middle of the winter. Our old water heater was a direct vent, and apparently, the type we had (short) was not produced anymore. We had another company looking at it, they scheduled an installation, then rescheduled it, because the installation required moving the vent which they did not want to do. So they've come up with a solution that did not require moving the vent, but the new heater would have a power vent. This meant that if we loose electricity, we don't have hot water. I was not happy with this solution. This prompt me to start looking for someone else, and I found Greg form Parker services through this website. He made the initial visit next morning for free, and told us that he can install a direct vent water heater here with no problem. He appeared very knowledgeable, and not just knew the codes, but could also explain the reason behind them. We scheduled the work for Monday. Then he called and rescheduled it for Tuesday, which made my husband very upset, because we already had it rescheduled one time, and were without hot water almost a week. On Tuesday however, Greg came on-time with another man Steve. They worked all afternoon, moved the vent, which required to create a new opening in the wall, and patched the old one. They even repaired the siding on the outside of the house, and the wall inside. They did beautiful job with the water heater, definitely improving the heater setup in comparison with the old one. They added gas shut-off, cleaned the incoming water valve, and added decompression tank. And the charge was very reasonable considering the amount of work involvedr. We are very happy with this service, thank you!
