Work on a walk in shower and on the kitchen of a rental property was remarkable. Mark is very creative with the limitations that remodels often present.

I employed Mark to perform several different tasks such as repairing leaking plumbing, installing ceiling fans, hanging porch shades, and more. Mark completed every task timely and courteously. He is remarkably easy to work with, and has an attention to detail and style that makes him a valuable asset to have around any home or property. Mark also went the extra mile and brought my attention to loose door knobs, and dangerous stair railing that he quickly repaired. I was so pleased with Mark and his work I asked if he would consider a larger project that consisted of removing an entire stairway and replace them with new including hand railing and trim. In other words a complete redo. This job was offered to several other handymen over many years but all had refused due to the extreme difficulty of the project. Mark diligently and persistently tackled this job, and when he was finished the stairway that previously had been a nightmare to navigate, and dangerous to use was now one that became the highlight of the home. Not only will I rehire Mark in the future I look forward to it!

Amazing job putting up my fence, building a back deck, installed electrical outlets, some bathroom remodeling etc... I've used him several times over the years for various jobs and I would highly recommend him.
