washer over flow pipe backs up. The over flow pipe is connected to the kitchen sink that goes to a pipe down to the apartment downstairs . I went 25 feet from 3 different spots with a snake and changed the t connection on the pipe from the washer and the sink that the contractor put on backwards. also added air vent on the washer pipe. Put distilled vinegar and baking soda in washer too. backed up again. has to be plugged in pipe somewhere down deep.
