We have been in this industry for some time now, and the only change that Ive noticed in the way that a move is carried out, is the quality of service. It wasnt the equipment being used, or any special new tools, it was just the quality of the service that the customer was getting. I was hearing from customers that their last movers were rude or damaged things, or just didnt want to be there. Which ultimately effects the way you and your belongings are being handled.
