Robinson Plumbing has proudly been serving the Spotsylvania and surrounding areas with plumbing service since 1988, and since day one we have stood on two principles. They installed a new well pump last year and now it's broken. The two guys who did the installation argued about everything they did and I was billed for 10 hours labor when they were only here for 2. It was an easy job since the pump is only 80 feet down, but they charged me extra for using the pump puller. Their warranty is only 1 year on the pump (I'm pretty sure I was told it was 5 years) and the labor is only guaranteed for 90 days!!! Obviously they don't want to be responsible for quality work. I called asking them about the exact installation date but they won't even talk to me unless I can give them a date! I recommend you avoid them like the plague.
