Bob Bruner has owned several businesses over the last 20 years. His landscaping and sod business ran for a very successful 19 year period, then, he decided to create a new business. West Florida Locks was formed in 2012 to serve the Tampa Bay Community. We answer the phone and provide excellent customer service.
