I have ceiling cable (radiant) heat. One room does not get warm. Using a circuit tester I detected no current at the thermostat. The second room overheats. It cannot be adjusted cooler with the thermostat. I changed this thermostat 2-3 months ago and it was working until 3 weeks ago.
