Dwight (owner) and his team did an outstanding job in our home. They were punctual, courteous and the quality of their work is superior. We love our new tiled floors and they did a great job on our dry wall installation, wainscoting and painting. We will definitely contact Roberts' Home Services again for any future repairs or renovations...GREAT JOB!!

I hired Robert’s Home Services to add installation to my attic, clean the ducts and perform the typical maintenance check-up of the heating system. He also replaced and installed a hot water heater. I was very pleased with every step of the process. The owner Dwight Roberts is professional and provided me an estimate in writing after coming to my home and discussing in detail the job. He provided references and kept to the start and finish date. I have referred his company to my coworkers and they used his services and were happy with the work done. I will use this company for future home repairs and upgrades.

Roberts Home Services – Not Recommended. On Wednesday, 9/30/15, I contacted the company’s sole owner Dwight Roberts to request an estimate for outside home repairs which consisted of replacing a carport ceiling, gutter and soffit work, and prepping and painting my home’s foundation. He initially mentioned that there would be a charge until I mentioned that his website stated “free estimates”. He indicated that he would stop by within the next couple of days to do the estimate. On Friday, 10/2/15, I called Dwight to identify a specific time. He indicated that he was in my area yesterday (Thursday, 10/1/15) for a job but indicated that he would call me the following week. At that point, I called Porch Concierge to confirm Robert’s Home Services’ membership and rating status as stated on their website. Porch confirmed that the company was a member and that the company was highly rated. Although I was a bit frustrated with his lack of response, I thought I would give Dwight the benefit of the doubt that maybe he was just very busy but I also felt that if that was the case, he should just be upfront and state that he was just too busy to take on any more work. Despite this, I decided to give Dwight another chance, so I called him and left a message on his voicemail requesting that he call me to set up a definite date and time to do an estimate. I received no callback. Based on Dwight’s lack of follow through, I would not consider contacting him again.
