We had 23 window panes to be replaced. Window smith came to the house 3 times to make sure his measurements and count were correct. The windows look brand new. He cleaned them and the frames. Great job!

I take referrals very serious. When I refer a client to someone, my name is attached. In the 18 years I have been in business, there are only like 3 company's I refer with confidence and the windowsmith is one of them. I get a lot of calls for Marvin window repairs and Andersen window repairs. We just don't do that type of repair work. We have our hands in other things. Brad has been a blessing because he enables me to still satisfy my client's needs and provide them with a good solid recommendation. I have always received words of thanks from clients who Brad has helped. I have even used him at my own home. Great guy. Honest work for an honest price. He takes him time, but he wants everything perfect. That's enough for me. Some of his items do have longer lead times because he has to find after market replacements and whatnot (which is why most of us glass folks will not bother with this type of work)- but brad's got the patience. Believe me, the service he is providing is hard to come by. Happy to review Brad and the rest of the folks at the window smith.

We moved into a 40+ year old home last spring that needed some serious TLC. Being as our house was mostly glass, and the window "seals" were degraded, (you couldn't see out of some of them), we figured this might be a good place to start. We called a local glass place, only to find that our windows are Andersen (which i thought was a good thing?), but most of your glass places wont work on them. A nice company gave me the name of the window smith. Brad from the company came out. He walked with us to each window that we considered a priority and we explained that we were on a budget. He helped us evaluate which windows were the worst, he was also able to point out that some of the window cranks that operated the windows to open and closed were broken, and he would be able to get these for us as well. He worked up a price, was completely considerate of our budget. He did explain that since the windows were older, the replacement glass and parts will take a bit of time to come in (i think it was about 2-3 weeks). The job went wonderfully. He spent an incredibly long time paying attention to each detail as he installed (mind you, he wasn't being paid by the hour, it was by the job). Overall, we were very pleased with both the product and the attention and concern Brad put into the job. You don't see that very often. We just had him get replacement screens for the windows he had repaired, and he is installing them today! Just in time for the nice weather. I have recommended him to others for their window fix ups, and everyone found him to be a total joy and very honest.
