Royal has assisted me with handling of scientific instruments on several occasions. All times, they arrived early and were ready to work. They handled the equipment with care and always double-checked with me before doing anything. They were very helpful and cleaned their workspace completely before leaving. Highly recommend this group.

Stay away from this company!! Poor workmanship and customer service. Hired them to complete basic plumbing work, install fixtures and a dishwasher, which proved to be too much of a task for them. Dishwasher was installed incorrectly, kitchen sink would not drain and kitchen faucet was installed incorrectly. They refused to come back and correct the problems because they weren't noticed immediately by the homeowner. Again, stay away and do not trust them to complete anything properly or stand behind their work. Lowest level of workmanship and poorest customer service I've ever experienced.
