Studio 02 is an architectural firm founded in 2002 by Sunny Tam AIA LEED AP BD+C. We specialize in commercial as well as residential projects. We have successfully completed projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento area and Southern California. The guiding principle of our design is to create a balance between aesthetics, sustainability and functionality within the budget limits. We are fully knowledgeable of the local jurisdiction and its administration. We have a strong record of proven success in executing timely plan check and permitting process, and in guiding the overall design and construction process to a successful conclusion.
