Larry Rouleau did an excellent job on my house remodel. Larry would show me what my options were for tile, flooring and fixtures that were within my budget. This helped immensely when selecting and was efficient use of my time. Larry would notify me immediately when he came across a construction issue (previously installed faulty electrical wiring or plumbing) and would let me know the options and cost to resolve the issue. My remodel was done on time even though I went over my original budget. I have trust in Larry’s workmanship and that in itself was worth the extra cost.

We contracted Construction Consulting Services to add a bonus room to our house. We are extremely happy with the results. Larry's knowledge was demonstrated in completing the project on schedule and within budget.
