WARNING: Not all license contractors are moral. Please be careful working with "JC's Creative improvement" this has been the worst experience. Hired them to lay my tile and after one day we called to let the owners Andew and John Cloyd know their men did a horrible job and that the floors would hsve to be ripped up.after yelling at my wife about it was the uneven wall, we fired them. They refused to come look at the job even after the men left cigarettes inside and outside my home, trash everywhere. They refunded 1320$ of 2000 without even coming over to negotiate. Notified ROC, better business and working on small claims court. Unprofession, rude young men with NO respect for women and their customers. Be warned and and check license. I found they also had another complaint in the four years they've had licensed. Don't go off the little 5 reviews on google. They have ruined this ecperience.
