Outstanding service. Door technician was on time, very knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to walk me through everything he was doing and even fixed a few things that the original installers (not Door Link Network) had done "okay", but could have done better. In addition to explaining what he was working on, the door tech also provided me with tips for keeping my garage door in great shape year round. He seemed to have a genuine interest in keeping my door running correctly, and even though I was a first time customer, he treated me as if he'd had my business for years. I would highly recommend using DLN, and plan on using them for any future garage door work that I need done.
