The work done by the crew that services our home is terrible. It gets worse every month, if they even show up. They are paid to mow, weed eat, edge, and blow. They come about twice a month and are at our home for no more than 15 minutes on average. We have mowed ourselves numerous times over the last 2 1/2 years we have lived here to keep the grass from being 3 feet tall. Several months ago we planted flowers and put mulch and pavers around them to improve the curb appeal of our home. These guys simply will not take the time to do what they are paid to do. They blow the grass into the mulch instead of away from the house like is typically done with better companies. I have tried to talk to them, help them, gave them drinks, etc. When I checked on their schedule a couple months ago for obvious reasons, I was told by David the next time they showed up that if I needed the yard mowed to please call Jason (not my landlord) and he would send Paxton or whomever. Today as one man stood on a walk behind mower with the backpack blower on his back simultaneously zipping through the yard, it was crystal clear they do NOT care about their job or how they perform their duties. It is a shame that people are wasting their hard earned money on this crew. Clearly if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself! Doing anything decent simply takes a little time (and a dash of common sense), but if you are paid to do it, consider the work being done and how it can impact a company that relies on word of mouth advertisement.
