When a nine ton tree fell through our house and caused major damage, we were not sure how we would get the structure returned to it's original state. After a complete renovation, three different levels of roof repaired, seven crushed trusses replaced or repaired, a kitchen remodel, new hardwood floors, tile work on the hearth and fireplace, a new pool cage and an endless amount of dry wall and paint, Steve Armstrong and his team at Comvest Builders not only repaired the damage, but worked with us to add some design details that have made our home more beautiful than ever. The only room that didn't get attention was our master bathroom. That's next Comvest!

Comvest has been a smart choice for our firm. After evaluating several local contractors we finally decided on Comvest because their team was more knowledgeable, professional, and skilled than the other options. Additionally the Comvest team are good problem solvers when it comes to the challenges that arise during the design and building process. Also important from a customer standpoint is excellent communication skills and Comvest has proven they make the cut with regular site visits and email updates. I've done business with many contractors over the years and Steve and his team take the process up a few notches over the rest.

I purchased a home that needed a remodel through my lender. Anyone who has purchased a rehab home with bank financing knows that the first hurdle is simply getting a response from a contractor in a busy market; many simply lost interest when I handed them a lender instruction packet. The second problem is finding a contractor capable of following the detailed instructions required by a lender to complete the job. Comvest Builders was the only one (of many) that responded in a timely and correct manner. By this alone and under a time crunch to close I selected them. I was relieved when I reviewed some of their project photos online and saw the quality of their work on much larger jobs. Steve Armstrong and his team have been patient with numerous elective changes to the project from my family and has priced the job fairly. The team has been professional and the project is moving along at an encouraging pace with obvious high quality. Thus far we are extremely happy to have found Comvest and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend. More updates to come as the project progresses!
