Seeking Quality Preservation Contractors Our company is Moore Creative & Effective Solutions contacting all subcontractors! We've been in the preservation and real estate industry for over 6 years now and we are currently in 10 states and over 78 cities. We're constantly looking for vendors to help field some of the work orders we have for a few of our clients such as Wells Fargo, AFAS, MCIS, American Homes 4 Rent and so forth. We deal with several bank owned and commercial properties in these stomping grounds which are in need of maintenance work. Equipment:: - We prefer you have your own, or we can ship you what is needed if necessary Perks: - Christian Based Company - We Can Advance Up To 20% Of An Invoice - Next Day - We Will Put You And Your Crews In A Hotel On Longer Late Night Routes If Necessary - We have work for you and your crews 6 days a week! We don't work on Sundays. Services include (not limited to): Grass Cuts/Snow Removal Lock Changes Winterizations Debris Removal/Trash Outs Construction Repairs Light Cleaning Tree Trimming Inspections Roof Repairs HVAC Services Plumbing Services And Much More!!
