I would like to caution prospective customers, read your contract carefully. My mother hired this company to repair a hole in her porch roof and to replace shingles to prevent the problem from recurring. She spoke with Mr. Hall and emphasized that her primary goal was to fix the hole in the ceiling of the porch roof. Verbally, Mr. Hall agreed to complete the task, but did not include it in the contract and did not repair the hole. The contract did include replacing rotted wood under the shingles as needed. However, this was not done. I am choosing a fair rating over poor since we should have read the contract with greater care. However, my advice remains buyer beware.
